Food: The real showstopper was the food. I ordered the mul naengmyeon and galbee combo for lunch. The galbee was served first: the meat was tender, well-seasoned, and perfectly cooked (ie not overcooked). The mul naengmyeon had the most amazing broth, I didn't even put the vinegar and mustard in it for fear of ruining the taste. The portion was generous (I could barely finished). The noodles were a bit on the softer side, but the slices of BEEF they gave me was astounding - soft, tender, flavorful! They gave me a thick slice of Asian pear, and the radishes were tangy without being overpowering. I LOVED the banchan they gave me. It was only me and I didn't order proper BBQ, but they still gave me such NICE banchan: marinated eggplant, kimchi, radishes, wilted spinach (I think) and three slices of the most exquisite green onion pancake! The pancake was soft and light! Service: everyone seemed really nice, even when they realised I didn't speak Korean. Parking: it's valet parking for $3 Ambiance: spotlessly clean, none of that typical heavy Korean BBQ smell. My clothes smelled the same as when I walked in.

A bit pricey - but very delicious . We got the prime galbi - which was very fresh meat. Expect to spend about $60 - $80 per person - but higher quality than most Korean bbq places. I would come here again.

You get what you pay for. At Chosun Galbee, you get top quality premium cuts of meat and banchan. I was never much of an a la carte kind of guy until now. When people say quality over quantity, this is the quality I expect. Can never go back to opting for AYCE when this is an option. The service was great. They were attentive to the grill and quick to refill anything at the table. From their signature Chosun Galbee to their Sam Gyup Sal, everything I tasted was savory and flavorful. It's pricey, but well worth it. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend.

Came on a Sunday for lunch, thank goodness they were open on New Year's Eve! There was a wait for indoor seating so we went for patio dining, which was still spectacular. The heat lamp kept us warm. We got the Chosun Galbee, which is marinated short rib. Our waiter came with the meat and cooked it for us. All of the workers here were incredibly kind and attentive! I have been to many Korean barbecue places around California, and I am not exaggerating when I say that ChoSun has the most jaw dropping meat out of all of them. The taste of the meat is absolutely delicious, the texture is soft and bouncy. You can truly taste the quality of their meat; it is unmatched. We also ordered the seafood pancake. It is quite large and very yummy! Of course the meal comes with some delicious banchan, seaweed soup, and a sweet rice tea! Overall an excellent place if you appreciate quality meat, prime service, and sophisticated ambiance. They have valet parking available.
